FAQs

Will it actually fit my pet?

PupuPaws hoodies come in six sizes, from XS to XXL, so you can find the right fit for your furry friend. For the best fit, measure your pet's chest around the widest part, just behind the front legs, and measure their back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Compare those measurements with our size chart before ordering. If your pet is between sizes, use their measurements to choose the best match.

What if my pet doesn't like wearing it?

Every pet is different! Our hoodie is made from soft fleece-style fabric and features a hood and elastic cuffs for a comfortable, casual look. Let your pet get used to wearing it gradually, and always supervise them while they're wearing it. If your pet seems uncomfortable, simply take it off and let them try again another time.

What if it arrives faulty or doesn't fit?

If your hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your order, contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue. We'll review your request and help with an appropriate solution under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Changed your mind or need a different size? You can request a return within 15 calendar days after delivery. PupuPaws covers the direct return shipping cost for eligible returns. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.

Is the fabric safe if my pet chews it?

PupuPaws hoodies are designed as pet clothing, not chew toys. Always supervise your pet while they're wearing the hoodie, and remove it if they start chewing or pulling at the fabric. Don't leave your pet unattended in the hoodie, and take it off before sleep or crate time.

Can my pet wear it for everyday activities, or is it just for photos?

It's made for more than just photos! Your pet can wear their PupuPaws hoodie for walks, outings, playtime, special occasions, and everyday adventures—as long as they're comfortable wearing it. The hood and elastic cuffs complete the classic hoodie look, while the soft fleece-style fabric adds a cozy touch. Every pet is different, so make sure the hoodie fits properly and allows your pet to move freely. Always supervise your pet while they're wearing it.

    Adore it

The cow outfit is really pretty and warm, kinda too big for my doggy but still good, she likes it so I'm okay with it.
